High-Temperature-Resistant Polymer Batteries
- Stored at 85°C for 7 days with battery performance unchanged
- 24h storage at 85°C: capacity retention >90%, thickness swelling <5%
- 4h storage at 90°C: capacity retention >95%, thickness swelling <5%
- 2h storage at 100°C: thickness swelling <10%
Low-Temperature-Resistant Polymer Batteries
- Discharge retention ≥95% at 0°C to -10°C
- Discharge retention >90% at -20°C
- Discharge retention ≥80% at -30°C
- Discharge retention ≥70% at -40°C
High-Temperature High-Rate Batteries
- 5C CC-CV charging (cutoff current 0.1C): 90% charge in 10 minutes, full charge in 20 minutes
- 300 cycles at 5C charge / 3C discharge with 97% capacity retention
Wide-Temperature Ni-MH Battery Technology
- 0.2C discharge capacity above 60% at -40°C
- 0.2C discharge capacity above 90% at 85°C
- Long service life: 3650 cycles at 40% DOD, up to 10 years of retention
Eco-Friendly Nickel-Zinc Battery Technology
- Charge-discharge efficiency ≥90% with minimal energy loss
- Aqueous electrolyte with no fire or explosion risk; stable under extreme conditions for all-weather safety
- Voltage up to 1.65V with excellent high-rate discharge performance, ideal for high-current applications
- Abundant, easily recyclable nickel and zinc resources with no heavy-metal pollution
