This capacity enhancement project mainly focuses on two major directions: improving production efficiency and optimizing the quality environment. Through production line expansion, production layout optimization, production environment improvement, and manufacturing process optimization, we reduce uncertainties in the production process, achieving a comprehensive upgrade from "scale expansion" to "efficient smart manufacturing, quality first."

Strengthening Capacity Assurance to Meet Market Growth Demands

Facing continuously growing market demand and the expanding application scenarios across multiple fields, enterprises need a more stable and efficient production and supply capability. As the core manufacturing base for EPT's cylindrical lithium batteries, the Jiangsu production base undertakes the main production tasks for cylindrical lithium batteries. The products cover multi-specification ternary lithium batteries and lithium iron phosphate batteries with diameters ranging from 6mm to 32mm and heights from 10mm to 70mm, supporting rate charge and discharge, with efficient fast-charging capability, achieving a full charge in as fast as 20 minutes. They have been widely used in small household appliances such as electric toothbrushes, shavers, and grinders, and also meet the demands for high-performance, high-reliability energy solutions in different application scenarios.

By expanding the production line scale and optimizing the manufacturing layout, the Jiangsu base will achieve a leap in daily lithium battery production capacity from the original 200,000 units to 500,000 units, further enhancing product delivery capability and supply assurance capability. The project construction will help EPT build a Yangtze River Delta smart manufacturing base, providing partners with more efficient and stable delivery capabilities, continuously offering reliable energy solutions, and empowering long-term enterprise development and market expansion.
